Have only spoken with receptionist twice and on both occassions was spoken to very rudely for no reason at all. Wont be going there based on the terrible way I was treated over the phone while making enquiries to see Dr Saba
Obviously a great deal of change has happened since previous reviews.....My family and i find the doctors a pleasure to deal with and my wife and children have always been looked after.The nurses are helpful andvery knowledgeable..Reception is pleasant and friendly..Its a small town practice and has nice people there... Sometimes you may have a short weight, but the level of service you receive is good..We will continue to go here...
I would not recommend this surgery to anyone, very disappointed about the lack of patient care after having an invasive procedure done. There was no follow up care and ended up in hospital twice after the procedure.

I arrived early for a scheduled appointment with Dr James at 0915. After twenty minutes had passed I told the receptionist I was leaving. There is no excuse for this arrogant disregard for my time. I won't be back ( not that they will care). ROB C.
